All products are final sale and non-refundable. If for someone reason you need to cancel your order, please email us at millieroseclayco@gmail.com within 24 hours.
Please note, our products are handcrafted. Slight imperfections may occur but does not effect the overall quality.
Due to hygienic reasons we do not allow returns or exchanges of our products.
MRCC is not responsible for any allergic reactions. Please read the item descriptions carefully for the type of metal used in our earring findings. If you have specific questions regarding materials used, please email millieroseclayco@gmail.com PRIOR to placing your order.
If a product arrives broken or is damaged during the shipping process, please email millieroseclayco@gmail.com with a photo and order number within 72 hours. We will then determine if a product will be replaced.
