Shipping policy

  • All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Package.
  • If you are local to the DMV area and prefer to pickup your order, use code Localpickup at checkout to remove shipping costs. Please email millieroseclayco@gmail.com with your order number and we will work with you directly to coordinate a pickup date and time in Alexandria, VA.
  • Shipping rates are determined by weight, size, and current USPS package rates. Please note during the holiday season, USPS shipping prices increase.
  • A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been processed.
  • Shipping time is AFTER your order has been processed and USPS receives your package.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct. MRCC is not responsible for packages getting lost or returned to us due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout. If a packaged is returned to us, customer is responsible for shipping fees to resend.
  • MRCC is not responsible for lost packages. Once USPS has your package we have no control with what happens. Please file a claim directly with USPS.
  • MRCC is not responsible for damaged/broken products due to USPS shipping. We package our products with care to avoid damage however, if a product arrives damaged/broken, please email millieroseclayco@gmail.com with a photo and order number within 72 hours. We will then determine a solution.
  • At this time, MRCC only ships within the United States.
